I am a new full timer that has acquired 11 homes in 6 months. The person in charge of my work appears to be overwhelmed. I am wanting to do around 40 homes a year however, I dont think my he can handle it unless he goes full time.

Does anyone have full time help and if so how much do I need to be paying this person?

I recommend if the worker is good to pay around the going rate for skilled contractors. I had a good contractor/worker who could do just about anything leave to work for another company, and that has cost me who knows how much.

you’ve got to keep the good help, and pay them accordingly.

In Pa I pay $12.00 to $15.00/hr to start with and add benie’s within 6 months.
