VA does not require 90 day seasoning as of now. They have came back and asked that I itemize all repairs and material and labor cost for those repairs. I have not had any problems after furishing that information to them.

Am I correct…you must hold a rehab for just over 90 days before FHA, VA will place a mortgage on a property?

Are most of your buyers obtaining private money or other mortgages from sources that don’t care about a quick turn?
