There are always plenty of “investors”, they just might not be local. Try checking some other papers, or see if the 2 investors in the paper know any others. Good Luck, dave

I live in a rural area with larger towns 15 miles east and west. I have seen the ads, presumably by investors in the newspapers but there are only two or three. I am wondering if it is frowned upon to contact these advertisers in the paper and get a feel for what they may be interested in buying. I need to start out flipping properties due to money constraints and spousal fears of the whole career idea. Would this be acceptable in the REI circle or should I get properties under contract and than contact these individuals with my wares. Beleive it or not my fear is there may not be enough investors to buy my props to get me started.

Thanx for the Responses,

Tony
