Hi Christina,
Personally I have found that mroe people you know the better. It seems to me that if you run out of cash, or need a quick partner on a deal, you might have made some friends, who you know are in the market for a good return on an investment.

I’m investing in mobile homes and was wondering if joining the local rei club would be beneficial. The answer seems to go both ways. If anyone has any thoughts to this, please respond. Thanks in advance.
