I have attended TBREIA a few times.
The guy who started it is top notch. His name is Larry. I could not say enough good things about him. He helped me so much, and all for free! The second time I met him he put me in his truck and showed me the deals he was doing , in all the stages, telling me what problems he had run into the repairs ect.
Now he sells courses and does mentoring so I dont think he’ll do that sort of thing for free anymore, but I dont want to speak for him.
Now this might be a drive for you, though, as the meetings are held in St. Pete.
