Does anyone know any good REI Friendly Insurance Companies? We are doing a lot of rehabbing work of properties that are run down.

Erie Insurance decided they won’t insure properties that need rehabbed anymore.

We are now looking for an insurance company that understands REI and one that deals with investors who rehab properties.

Any suggestions would be helpful!!!
