i bought a fixer upper and have been working on it.

so today i put a for rent sign in the yard to just get a feel for the market and befor i even got the sign all the way in the ground two people stopped and ask to rent it.

great.

here is the problem i don’t have a credit app. or a lease agreement.

does any one have a form that they trust?

i would go to office max and get one but i don’t have trust in one off the shelf. i’m going to have one made by a lawyer but i need one for tomarrow.

I have one - Posted by Tim Jensen

Robert,

I have a lease/application that I use. Now mine is not real fancy. It is a very very simnple agreement. I have found that a 1 page lease is no better than a 8 page lease if the tenants have no money. So, if this is a rental that is for lower income people e-mail me. I have a good one.

Robert,
Try these websites for some free sample forms:

And if nothing there works, e-mail me off the board and I’ll see if what I have is formatted so that you can read it with your word processor.

Good luck,
