I don’t think a 17 year old can sign a binding legal contract. I think they have to be 18.

i have an open rental ready for occupancy. the most qualified tenant was a young couple that are due to be married in july. my concern is that he is 21 & she is only 17. need i be cautious about renting to someone under 18? thanks!!!
