I don’t know of any software to help you. It really is comparing apples and oranges. Real estate is a much safer bet and has many advantages over the stock market. I would re-consider the decision to sell the rental - or at least the part about putting it into the stock market.

Looking for software or info on calculating income on a rental propertie versas the sale of said proprerty and placing the income in stock… the sale return would be about $10,000-15,000… the proerty is curnetly rented and returns about $150 per month over the mortgage costs… any info or sight info would be haelpful.
