I have leads on several MH’s that are larger, newer doublewides, that the owners will let go for just taking over the payments. (leave it in their name) the balances owing are 96 model, for 20K and similar. Obviously these are not the typical Lonnie deal in the sense that they are not cheap. If I can rent them out, or Lease Option for long terms, is there any reason why I should not consider these deals? The only possible problem I can think of is not being able to move and place them elsewhere due to age restrictions. Anyone out there who does this? It seems to me that rental income is rental income…
