Alex-AZ: try looking this up in the archives. This has been asked and answered many times here. The main point being that 95% of REOs are listed with RE agents once they are ready to sell, so one’s chances of getting lots of good “inside” REO info are pretty small. There is a lot to read in the archives about REO investing and finding REOs in general. I really recommend the archives. Sincerely, Kristine
