Now what secret information did you expect me have to be able to make a judgment like that?

Keep calling and find out. Ask a lot of questions. They may require a lot of fix up work.

If you can’t get through and you know what the property addresses are you can do research in the assessors office, land records office, and maybe look at the properties.

The truth is that there are not a lot of good REO deals these days in most places. But there are some. And in more in some locales.

Going thru mls listings today and saw a local listing for 2 properties being sold together “as is”. Said they are being sold for $25000 for both after being forclosed upon. Hard to believe as I am sure the land is worth that much. I tried to reach the listing agent but no luck yet. Do you think these are for real?
