Hi Perry,

Plywood (3/4") cost less than $20 sheet. You should be able to get decent carpet and vinyl, installed for about $10 yard. At least that’s the prices in my area. So just figure the amount of material needed, and add up the price. If you hire a handyman, get an estimate for the job, rather than by the hour. I can hire a handyman for $8-$10 hour.

Rehabbing MH’s is the easiest and least expensive of anything I know, for the amount of money to be made.

information wanted on the typical repair cost to replace a rotten floor in a 14X60 2/1 unit. subfloor and carpet needs to be removed and replaced.
