You might try to contact Foremost insurance. Replacement value insurance is doable, but they will need you to send pictures to verify condition of the home. They have a policy that is stated value policy that is really good. If the home is a total loss, they will give you the ammount you have it covered for. If it is a partial loss then they will depreciate.
