I have a 401k from my last job, it has about $6k in it. I would like to do a trustee to trustee transfer and purchase a small note or a small portion of a note. I am note sure if I can still transfers with it being an old acct. If anyone can help or point me in the right direction It would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, you first need to set up a “Self Directed IRA” through a trustee transfer. There are several Trustee companies who can do this for you.
Email me and I witll point you in the right direction. I may be interested in working out a note with you.
