Thats not a bad idea, plus it might help when they go get a loan to buy your house if its a LO. Sorry I cant help you though, I would check with the local credit bureau in your area.

Is it possible for me as a small-time landlord to submit my tentants’ payment history to the credit bureaus? I am a software developer during the day and can produce the data they need. I actually worked at Trans Union (one of the big 3) fresh out of college and many moons ago, but only dealt with big credit card customers. I would like to reward good tenants and properly report bad ones. Do other landlords do this?
