I haven’t yet noticed more repo’s, but you can bet your sweet bippy that we will start seeing them, what with all of the 125-135% lending that has been going on!
Of course, the problem will be that there is less than no equity in them, but the lenders will just have to eat it, I guess.

It seems there are more repos coming on the market. Or am I just now finding out about them? Wondering on everyone’s recent experience.
My son has been digging some up by hounding the realtors a few times a week. I found a doosie yesterday, and just might get it ! Everyone seems to be on spring break and the house was only shown twice in two days ! This might be a new strategy… Concentrate around holidays, when other investors get lazy and go on vacation ! hehehe
