If it’s anything like certain areas of NY are or used to be, it means the landlords can’t raise the rents. It’s practically communism.

Are there any investors from the metro Washington D.C. area who could shed some light on the rent control issue that I originally posted yesterday.
Here is the original question.
I have been hearing from some investors (not creonline investors) not to look for rental properties in the D.C. area because of rent control laws that are more favorable to the tenant than the owner.
What’s the take on this?
