Some of those courses are ‘fantastic’. If I were you and I am only 28, I would get a job w/ a broker of notes/mortgages. I would look at getting my R.E. License also. I don’t have it but would like to have access to the MLS.

Go to a local creative real estate investment group every month!

Also, I would recommend these sites. Read every article and post.

and buy a few courses after you know what you want to do. THat is the most important. Find a ‘niche’ that interests you!

I am 24 years old with a plan of spending the next 12 months increasing my knowledge on real estate investing. I want to get started by the time I am 25. Please recommend any reading material that can help me acheive that goal in the next 12 months. No programs, or informercials please. Any books will do, especially your favorite ones.
