i do these all the time…but in florida, where i’m licensed. any good mortgage broker in your area should get this done for you and your t/b’s.

Just thought I’d check here to see if there are some recommendations for some mortgage lenders that I can line up my L/O, SLO tenant/buyers with. Wanting someone, companies, that are familiar with investing, and that will allow my T/B’s to get a refi loan after being in the home and paying the lease for 6 months to a year.
These of course are credit challenged people to begin with, but I work with them in lining them up with the mortgage company right off the bat to go through what they need to do to improve their credit and obtain the financing via said company once the lease is complete.
