Seriously, you don’t need to look any farther than your own local market and read the book “Acres of Diamonds”. If you want info on other markets check out www.ccim.com. Also check out www.cushwake.com and look for their “Real Estate Outlook”.

Hi all,

I am looking for a retail NNN property for investment, anywhere in the country. Does anyone have a recommendation for a particular area as being a good market to invest in? Also, can anyone recommend a website that publishes market forcasts for cities/states regarding commercial retail space?
