this is directed to ron starr what can you tell me about reverse morgages, i’m in texas and the govmt is talking about letting people 62 and over convert to this if they already refin, it will cost about $2500 more than conv, loan,i understand they don’t pay on this loan until death or they sell but this is the first time i’ve heard of this i’m a newbie
