All the courses sold on this site are verry informative and worth the $$$$. However if your not sure just what part of REI you want to get into I sugest you by a $15 book from amazon.com called “Fast Cash with Quick turn Real Estate” by Ron Legrand.

I’ve seen several posts recomending Rich Dad Poor Dad & The Cash Flow Quadrant. I was wondering if anyone has played his game “CashFlow”? I have the game and I love it. It really helped me understand just how powerful REI can be in terms of getting out of the 9 to 5 routine.

Last September I had the opportunity to meet Robert at a convention in Boston. Because of his books, tapes, games, etc. I have really started to focus more on REI.

I am currently looking to invest in a REI coarse that can help me get started. Any suggestions would be helpful.
