I like Robert Allen’s teachings, but I agree with Gabe; save your money. From what I’ve read, and heard from others, Allen’s materials aren’t much different in substance from 20 years ago. I believe his first book, “Nothing Down,” is a good overview of what he teaches. It available for less than $3,000.

Bronchick has better documents.

I attended the Robert Allen 2-hour session that is basically designed to sell the 3-day workshop (about $3K). While the session was fairly intense with sales tactics, it did have some valuable information and I was impressed with what will be covered in greater depth in the 3-day workshop. I’ve done some investing, mainly local townhomes, and have done well, but I’d like to take my investing to the next level. But I feel that I need some live help to work through some of the barriers that hold me back. And just reading Carlton Sheets’ course materials doesn’t do it. Does anyone have any experience or information about Robert Allen’s courses?
Thanks,
David
