i participated in this phone class. Robert Allen is personally on each call. information is very basic. be aware this is basically a comercial to join his multi level marketing plan and to take one of his seminars in which Robert will teach you about real estate, tax leins, mail order marketing etc.

I know Robert Allen wrote one of the early “bibles of creative real estate.” I’ve read it several times. I recently got a solicitation for a new program of his involving multiple income streams with on phone classes, etc. It’s only $99. Has anyone seen this new program or participated in it?

Robert Allen’s book NOTHING DOWN is a great book that should be in every creative real estate investors library.
Robert Allen was a true pioneer in making the public aware of creative financing.
I haven’t seen his new book . . . but I’d bet it has a lot to offer as well.
