Just signed up for a seminar with RA. Does his stuff work? RW’s book ‘inspired’ me more than anything else. I did learn a few techniques but it gave me motivation more than anything else and, because of that motivation, I’ve purchased 3 properties with a total of $6000 out of my pocket. I have $35,000 in equity and the properties are cash flowing around $675/mo. So, overall I can’t complain too much about RW.
Heard a lot about RL. Does HIS stuff work and how is it different from the others?
CS has a lot of techniques that you won’t ever use in a million years. Way too technical for the novice, in my opinion. Again, if you use just a technique or two and get motivated to DO IT, anyone can make money in real estate.
