If I’m not mistaken Robert Allen is the mentor that has launched many of the R.E. investment gurus that you see now. He began in the early 1980s & his book “Nothing Down” is still the #1
best selling book in this field after over 20 years.

Ron LeGrand started with Robert Allen. I last was aware of Robert pushing MLM. I would buy Ron LeGrands 3 module course instead.

All the 3 course cost almost $1000.00 which is quite expensive considering that I just began learning about investing in real estates.
