Actually, the only person I have seen bad mouthing lease/options is John T. Reed.
Then again, I’m not sure he’s ever done one!

For all you L/O afficionados out there- Robert Bruss, one of the most widely known Real Estate authorities, has recently said some very nice things about L/Os. Check out the following link:

Maybe it could give your marketing a boost, though it’s probably a little more info than you really want sellers to have if you give them the whole thing, for instance, option consideration, above market rent, etc.
