Is the book on LEASE/OPTION/PURCHASE complete ? Could one learn, precisely, about LPO from this book or any other specific book ?

As most people who have been around this board since its early days know, I’m one of LeGrande’s biggest supporters as far as his Wholesale/Retail stuff is concerned. However, I’ve found his Lease Option materials to be very generic.
For the total “newbie” Bill Bronchick’s course is better. For those with a smattering of RE investment knowledge, I don’t know any better than Joe Kaiser’s “Ultimate Lease Option” course.
This is my personal opinion based on several years [about 15 now] “flippimg” notes, a few years experience with L/O, following the information presented on this board and having purchased both LeGrande’s [boot camps] stuff and Joe’s.

I bought Rons Package deal at the convention. I would highly recommend all of it for everyone , newbie and expert alike. Very impressed . But I guess i am easily impressed , maybe. But it is very informative.

Tony,

I have purchased Ron’s course on L/O’s and have found it to be very straight forward and easy to understand. Ron has a very direct approach when teaching and will leave you well educated on the topic.
I highly recommed Ron to anyone.

Good Luck,
Ray S
