I just walked in the door from Ron’s Wholesale/Retail class.
He is re-recording his class to bring it up-to -date.
He did a great job ! If anyone out there has not tried ron’s
material, you are missing out.
Also, His son-in-laws band “below paris” can be seen at
jobs-suck.com
It’s great to put a face to his son-in-law after all of ron’s stories about him.
He is a very nice guy when you get to know him, and he can do a realestate deal at the drop of a hat.

I would not wait if I were you. The only thing that he changed were a few of the dollar figures, because in the early 90’s you could get houses cheaper.
But the course did not change.
But you are doing the right thing in buying his courses. I have made my money back Thousands of times over. Good luck.

With the money I make I am then going to attend LeGrand’s Wholesale/Retail
Boot Camp. Have you attended that? Or are you just working off the home
study courses?

I did not go to his retail course, but he did give a few one day classes that I went to.
I did go to his Internet class and it has boosted my income like crazy. I use it to find deals and sell my houses. I found it on the jobs-suck webpage. It costs a lot but I made it up in no time. Good luck.
