If you haven’t already, attend some of the local investor club meetings. I know there are several clubs in the Tampa area. Click on the REI Clubs link above. You might be able to get some help there.

I’m a little stuck here. I’ve ordered Ron Legrand’s L/O Course and I’m ready to crank up the machine and I understand everything, but I’ve never closed on a house. I’ve always been a renter and I have no idea how a closing works. If I could get someone who lives in the Tampa Bay area to email me or call me or let me call them I would really appreciate it. I have a some questions to ask regarding this closing situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would prefer if the person who called me is currently using Legrand techniques so I could ask a few questions regarding this course as well. Thanks.
