I purchased and just received on Monday after the Convention Ron’s Quick Start Cashflow System with the Cashflow Generator free. I have listened to the tapes on both programs and have found them very beneficial. I even took notes. The 14 Step Quick Start guide is thorough for a newbie like myself so that I now know what I need to do to wholesale or lease option a house. I have not finished all the materials or viewed the 2nd video but it was well worth the $173 spent plus shipping. Once I have my 1st deal under my belt, I think I will get his 3 volume Cash Flow System.

I have several of Legrand’s courses, but not the one you’ve mentioned. He’s the best and it works!
Just my opinion and I am sure others would agree.
