I only know of one of his books, “Fast Cash for Quick Turn Real Estate Investing.” It’s a good overview of LeGrand’s four ways to quick turn deals. For $14 at Amazon.com, it’s well worth it.
We’ve since purchased his 3 courses that cover the same material – much more in depth, answers many of the questions that can’t be answered in a 250 page book. While the courses were pricey, we’ve found the info invaluable.
