depending on what your interest are. You could look into flipping a few junkers to get started, or maybe you’d rather look at the “pretty house” side of the business with Lease/Options. Or, perhaps creating Owner Financing gets your attention.

Each of these topics have courses that are very good, some better than most. Check out the articles to see what sounds good to you, then look at the courses the authors have made available.

I am interested in investing in realestate, but I woild like some sound advice as where to start as far as the courses are concerned. Which one would get me started in the right direction? I would like to purchase a course that isn’t going to put me in debt but at the same time actually be usefull.

Also, is there anybody in the Kansas City Metro area that can serve as a buddy or mentor with rookie questions that I might have.
