I live in the Chicago area and there are a lot of no money down deals in the rough neighborhoods. Is it wise to go after this deals? Is it a good idea to purchase and sale ASAP offering owner finance? There are so many properties in these areas (from SF to 43 unit buildings). Any advise will be more than appreciated. Someone from the Chicago area out there???
