Don’t know that there is a difference between RTO and LO. Do whatever gets you what you want in the end.

Have entertained the thought of selling a few of my rentals Which way do you guys and gals go,with LO or rent to own,LC. I’m talking of what were rehabs in the lo ball range.Prices would go from 15k on the lower end to about 35k at the the top side.
Typical people I have in the houses are in the 25 k per year income bracket.Rents are right now running a average of about 400 per month each and all have a pos. flow of about 175 each.
