They are usually a good investment due to the high income compared to the development and maintanance costs. It sounds like you like this one. They usually cost more to finance due to the nature of the business. I would be glad to talk to you further about them.

Looking for information regarding RV Parks as an investment. Are they good investments given the price of gas these days? What are the similarites and differences between RV Parks and a Moble Home parks?
Looking for a Mobile home park to buy and ran into an RV Park that has great numbers (souces of income from pad rent, RV storage rent and rent from mobile homes)
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
