Property is definitely less expensive in the Sac area. A lot of people from the bay area are buying property in Elk Grove, which is just south of Sac. What are you looking to do?

i am from the bay area and i don’t think the place is good for investors for the time being,but i heard the sacramento area is where some opportunities lies. anybody out there have an idea? if ever, what part of the sacramento area a best place to look for properties? any response will be greatly appreaciated !!!
