#1–It’s been a while since I read his stuff, but yes, if you can fit it all into the contract you don’t need an Addendum, unless there is some special or language or disclosure contained therein. #2–Submit on any form you want. If they want to work with you they will let you know what they need or want.

From the LeGrand course sales agreement, paragraph 18, where it says addenda, can I enter what I would place on a seperate addendum, or should a seperate addendum be attatched to the agreement also? Basically what I’m saying is if I can fit an item like “Buyer to take over escrow account at no charge” and it all fits into the space provided is that all I need?
Second question: If I am making an all cash offer to a lending institute, what do I make the offer with? My sales agreement from my course, or do these institutes require any kind of special forms?
