I understand that with real estate at times it is good to have a salesman like attitude. I wanted to know if anyone knew of any good books about selling or salesmanship. Please help I am trying to obtain as much knowledge as possible.

The Sandler book came highly recommended to me. I put an order in on amazon and EIGHT WEEKS latter they tell me they can’t get it. I then order the book from Barnes & Noble. FOUR weeks latter, after I call them, I learn they can’t get the book. It is out of print but for $52.00(thats right) they can get it for me. I now have it ordered through interlibrary loan. Good Luck!!
