When I lease using a sandwich lease technique with me being in the middle, do I have legal rights to evict my tennants? Another words, if my tenants do not pay, do I have to serve the notice if I am leasing with option from original owner or does original owner have to evict my tennant…

I am not exactly clear on this because, if I understand correctly, I am not an owner UNTIL I excercise my option.

As long as your original lease/option lets you sublet*, you’ll be fine. You don’t need to be an owner to be a landlord.

*In some states, unless specifically addressed in a lease, the right to sublet is implied.
