Tom,
I meant to go to the court house, get a photocopy to use as a guide to create your own BLANK document titled “Satifaction of Mortgage” to use for yourself.

Does anyone have a copy of a Satisfaction of Mortgage letter, form, document, etc. that I can use to have a mortgagee sign off to satisfy a mortgage for me.

Go to your local registry of deeds and photocopy one out of the books there. Ask the clerk to help you find what you are looking for.
