Hi everyone. I am really new to the game. I just bought CS course last month. I had become frustrated with my financial situation that I jsut had to do something. I am a divorced mother with four children. I so deperatly want to start my own business. And I believe that this is the way to go. Don’t get me wrong I was very skeptical just like a lot of others, and I waited around just to see if there was some truth to all this “no money down stuff”. After reading the posts, I now know that it is. I have completed reading the course and am going over it a second time for clarity. The information that I have gathered from this site is very helpful. I have had many obstacles in my life and one is not being able to have suitable transportation to go look for houses. I ride the bus or get someone to take me places. My credit won’t permit a loan so I am just stuck as far as that goes. But, I won’t let that stop me. I will catch cabs or do whatever it takes to get my first deal going. So many people believe that the odds are against me simply because of these obstacles, but to me they are just that obstacles that I have to jump over and I will. This is something I have been waiting for for a long time. I don’t understand why anyone wouldn’t take advantage of it. I certainly will. Lastly, by me being a newbie to the fold, what do you think is my best bet? I need cash right yesterday, so is flipping a good idea or L/O? Please tell me what you think. Good hunting everyone
