How do the pros handle these ads when they see them in the paper? What do you say when responding?
#1. FSBO - “Priced to sell! 1 yr old 4 br 2 ba…etc etc. MOVING OUT OF STATE! MUST SELL $129,900 OBO. Call 555-5555 for showing” a FSBO
#2. FSBO - “owner finance 3 br 1 ba etc address $5,000 down $570 a month 555-5555”
#3. HOUSES FOR RENT “address 3br 1ba etc. $900 deposit rent negotiatble. Possible owner finance OUT OF STATE PHONE NUMBER”
#4. LEASE OPTIONS “brand new home 3br 2 ba etc etc. owner finance 9-1/2% interest. Owner agent 555-5555”
