I wasn’t the winner, however, here’s my 2 cents.
I look CONSTANTLY for properties. Sometimes the supply seems to dry up, but then the gates open up and there are more than I can buy ! It seems to run in cycles for me. Maybe you’re just in your “dry spell”
The more you flap your lips about buying homes, the more opportunities will “appear” Keep on Talking !

Would you mind sharing the aquisition
process for these deals??
I track FSBOs, REOs, Preforeclosures, even have access to MLS… but I am having such dissapointing results finding deals on a consistent basis.
I’d (we’d) sure appreciate any pointers/advice you can provide.

What Laure stated was absolutely correct. I don’t take properties in on a consistent basis. It seems like I get 5 or 6 and then nothing. During the nothing stage you need to be marketing the 5 or 6. I continuously make offers regardless of what is going on. You just need to keep going. In time you will realize that going in cycles is as consistant as you will get. Just keep making offers. Make offers time and time again on the same properties (eventually they come through as well).
