I saw a tape/book course over @ Bronchicks site ( www.legalwiz.com ) by a Mr. Como that is nothing but scripts & negotiating techniques. I might get it one day… If you buy it , please e-mail me a review @ aim198@aol.com

Is there a good script available to use when screening a seller over the phone? I would like to have as much information about the property and the owner before wasting time driving out to a non-qualified prospect.
also,is there a telephone script for negotiating available? I would be elated to have a prospect screened(knowing I have a deal that makes sense) and negotiations already started before I leave the house!
Oh,by the way I plan on wholesaling to other investers that rehab. Thank you,
