I called them once and got an operator/incoming sales rep type which didn’t hit me as the most professional set up. Also, they had a bait-and-switch deal going where they would advertise $39.95 to find anybody, but hammer a $99.95 on you when you call.
To be fair to them, I do not know their success rate or how quickly they can find someone.
My advice would be to find a good private investigator(old military intelligence guys or former federal agents are usually great). Even in my days as a cop we would use these guys because they seem to have the database knowledge down.
