Just moved to Mandeville LA. Looking for areas where numbers work on properties w/ flexible sellers. Have searched fairly large radius (approx 30-45 min in each direction) Area is growing so much that deals are scarce. Found some knowledgable flexible realtors but they keep all the good deals themselves and pass on the scraps. Question is should the search be made for the type of property that will work (ie mobiles, larger than 4 unit multis) or pass on the area and keep searching farther away. responses appreciated. thanks todd
