If I pay cash for a property at below market value, how long must I wait before I can refinance that property and get back my cash (and probably more)? Example, buy at $70k cash, FMV is $100k, refi at $80k? Or does this vary from lender to lender?

We provide “no seasoning of ownership” funding for flips and in some instances for REI refi, w.a.c. Email for details.
