Title seasoning issues depend on the lender. Some like FHA backed loans started the title seasoning to put a halt on flipping a property numerous times in a short period of time. Other lenders have no seasoning requirements at all.

I have a question for all you lenders and brokers on this board. I was told that for an investment property or vacation home there must be at least 1 year of seasoning in order for it to qualify for an option arm loan. Is this true? Thanks!
